Firstly, Highseal Manufacturing Company is an independent manufacturing facility based in Scunthorpe, North Lincolnshire. About Highseal; Highseal is apart of the Fair Share Group which established in 2012. We offer a comprehensive range of PVC-u, aluminium products. For example; Windows & Doors, conservatories, roofing structures. In addition other home improvement products to the trade and domestic markets are available. 

Established in 2012 the business has grown year-on-year. Furthermore Highseal Manufacturing has an increasing number of associate traders, installers and blue-chip clients nationally.

Most importantly Highseal is committed to quality excellence. To clarify we operate under both the CE Marking and BSI (BS 7412/ PAS 24) Kitemark accreditation. As a result meets the new Approved Document Q requirements. Consequently we remain focused on our clients' needs. Whether they are standard or bespoke designs. Therefore we continuously strive to deliver a friendly but professional service. Also sustainability is important to us so we invest in the development of our products. In conclusion this is to ensure alignment with current regulations and energy technologies.

Neil Donaldson

Former Managing Director

Joining the window and door industry in 1986. From a background in manufacturing, production and general management. Neil has worked in all areas of the industry and decided to set up his own company in 1992.  Great service and high quality have remained at the heart of his business. And Neil firmly stands by the belief that diversity and originality will continue to enhance the brands. Offered by Fair Share Group Ltd and provide long-term sustainability to the business. 

Unfortunately Neil passed away 5th April 2019 but the company continues to trade for its loyal customers and hardworking staff. The legacy of Neil will remain through everyone's memories and the successful business he has created today.

Jason Ashton, Operations Manager for Highseal Manufacturing. Highseal Manufacturers windows, doors and conservatories.

Jason Ashton

Operations Director

Jason started in the fenestration industry with Highseal manufacturing in 1998. He gained experience over the next 21 years in service work, installations, surveying and project management. After that he returned to Highseal January 2019 as Operations Manager. As a result to oversee the progression and management of the growing business. Although Jason is very work focused, he has a keen passion for aviation and is working towards his private pilot’s licence. Above all Jason was promoted to Operations Director May 2020 to help Sue to oversee the business.

Sue Donaldson

Director

Sue has worked in the fenestration industry since the eighties. Dealing with estimating, order processing, customer services and accounts.  Firstly she handles the day-to-day financial processes for Fair Share Group Ltd. Secondly Sue oversees a highly effective customer service and after-sales service team.  Sue was the Company Secretary and supported Neil in growing the business and its brands. As a result of Neil's passing Sue is now the Managing Director of Highseal.

In conclusion like the rest of the family, Sue is a “person’s person”. In addition recognises the need for quality, attention to detail and fairness. Above all which she believes are synonymous with business development.

Adam Jackson, Office Manager (Aluminium Products) for Highseal Manufacturing. Highseal Manufacturers windows, doors and conservatories.

Office Manager (Aluminium Products)

Adam has been working in the industry since he left school in 2003. Firstly he started at Highseal in 2004 as a roofing fabricator. Then in 2006 he moved into the office and dealt with order processing. Adam has been with Highseal ever since and has now become Office Manager for our aluminium line. As a result Adam has a wide range of knowledge in the industry to deal with PVC and aluminium. Most importantly Adam is a friendly character, driven & extremely efficient so is a credit to our team.

Holly, the daughter of Sue and Neil, commenced employment with the company officially in 2016. However she was introduced to the family business from an early age. And supported her parents by helping in the office during school holidays. Holly studied BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management at the Open University in Hull. And graduated in May 2018. Therefore she hopes that by shadowing her parents she will learn the business inside and out.

Furthermore Holly is young and ambitious, and has a strong understanding of the power of social media. As a result she brings a unique loyalty to the business and has enviable drive in the pursuit of its success.  In conclusions she enjoys interacting with her colleagues and clients, and brings a sense of fun to the company.

John Longden

Senior Manager (PVC Products)

John has been in the window industry since 1998. He joined Highseal in 2001 working as a Cell Leader. Since then he has had various job roles within the company. As a result this makes him experienced and knowledgeable within the industry. Consequently John has worked his way up within the company to progress to Senior Manager of PVC Products. In conclusion John is a key part of the team, delivering tasks such as; project managing and liaising with clients on a daily basis and purchasing stock for the company.

Gary Martin

Sales Executive (Scotland)

Gary has accumulated over 20 years’ experience in the replacement window industry. Based in Glasgow, he works closely with clients across the length and breadth of Scotland. And has built strong working relationships with some of the country’s biggest builders merchants.  He can provide estimates either from plans or through surveys at client sites. Most importantly is more than happy to discuss requirements and give advice about our full range of products.
